• "Parking Space": Any parking facility or spot listed and available for booking through the App.
• "Booking": A reservation made by the User for a Parking Space.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
• Account Registration: To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
• User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Parking Services

• Booking: You can use the App to book Parking Spaces. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
• Payments: Payments for parking services must be made through the App using the available payment methods. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account.
• Cancellation and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows; no cancellation or refund is possible after booking unless the user opted for our app’s feature that allows for refund of any unused parking time, if such feature is available. 
• Usage Limitations: Bookings are limited to the time slots reserved. Overstaying may result in additional charges or penalty notice that the company accept no liability for. 

5. User Conduct

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to fraud, spamming, or violating intellectual property rights.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
• Behaviour in Parking Spaces: Users must follow the rules and regulations of the parking facilities they use. Any damage or misconduct may result in penalties or termination of service.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use any content from the App without our prior written consent.
• User-Generated Content: By submitting content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

7. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Pricing and Refund Policy

1. Pricing

• Parking Fees: The cost of parking spaces varies based on location, duration, and demand. Prices are displayed in the app before you confirm a booking.
• Booking Fees: Some bookings may include a service fee, which will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and all other recognised payment methods. All payments must be made through the app at the time of booking.
• Dynamic Pricing: Prices may fluctuate based on availability, peak times, and special events. The price you see at the time of booking is the final price you will be charged.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: no cancellation or refund is possible after booking unless the user opted for our app’s feature that allows for refund of any unused parking time, if such feature is available.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Special Circumstances:
  • Event Cancellations: If a parking booking is made in conjunction with a special event and the event is canceled, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • App Errors: If a booking is made erroneously due to a technical error on our app, please contact customer support for a full refund.

3. Disputes and Chargebacks

• Dispute Resolution: If you have any issues with your booking or payment, please contact our customer support at support@uniparc.co.uk before initiating a chargeback.
• Chargebacks: Unresolved disputes that lead to a chargeback will result in the permanent suspension of your account.
